1 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between the okbed platform and its users. okbed is a safe and reliable online entertainment platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh.

By using our website or application, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using our services.

1.1 Scope of Services

2 Account Registration

To participate on the okbed platform, you must create a personal account. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.
• The name, phone number, and payment account details provided at registration must all belong to the same person.
• The mobile number registered with okbed and the number used for the payment method must be the same.
• Providing false or incorrect information may result in the permanent closure of the account.

2.2 Identity Verification

okbed may request additional documents or information for identity verification at any time. okbed has the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete. This process is necessary to prevent fraud and protect users.

3 Age Verification

okbed is strictly an age-restricted platform for adults only. This service is available only to those aged 21 or above.

• By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
• okbed may request a national identity card or other government-issued document to verify age in cases of suspicion.
• If a user is found to be underage, all transactions on the relevant account will be cancelled and any winnings will not be returned.
• Allowing minors to gamble or use an account on their behalf is strictly prohibited.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. okbed will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel.

4.1 User Responsibilities

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• In cases of suspicious activity, okbed reserves the right to suspend withdrawals while an investigation is ongoing.

5.3 About Rocket

Rocket is the mobile banking wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. It is one of the approved payment methods on okbed and the same rules that apply to other methods apply to it as well.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

okbed offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has specific terms, which are detailed on the relevant offer page.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members can receive up to a 120% bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit.
• For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200.
• Another example: deposit ৳34,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — total balance ৳54,000.
• Wagering requirement: you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus funds only).
• Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳18,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer can only be used once per account.
• If multiple accounts exist within the same household or on the same device, only one account is eligible for the bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements have been met.
• okbed reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus with or without a stated reason.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, okbed may investigate and withdraw the bonus if necessary.

6.3 VIP Program

okbed's VIP program has three tiers. You can advance to the next tier through regular play:

• Bronze Tier: weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver Tier: weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold Tier: weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

The detailed terms of VIP benefits may change, and members will be notified in such cases.

7 Betting Rules

All betting activities on okbed must follow the rules below.

7.1 Sports Betting

• A bet cannot be cancelled once it has been placed, however okbed may make exceptions in the case of a technical error.
• Each market has its own rules, which are shown on the relevant betting page.
• If an event is cancelled or remains undecided, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If evidence of match fixing or any other misconduct is found, the relevant bet will be cancelled.

7.2 Casino Games

• All games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play.
• If the result of a game round is inconclusive due to a technical error, the bet amount for that round will be refunded.
• Progressive jackpots or special prize amounts are distributed according to set rules.

7.3 Incorrect Odds or Erroneous Situations

If incorrect odds, incorrect payouts, or any other error occurs due to a technical fault, okbed reserves the right to cancel bets placed taking advantage of that error. Any attempt to exploit the system or force a win will be treated as fraud.

8 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on okbed. If these rules are violated, the account will be immediately closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using a false identity or a third party's information.
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or by coordinating with others.
• Making fraudulent payments or chargebacks.
• Using automated bots or software to play.
• Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Threatening, misleading, or harassing other users.
• Allowing or assisting minors to use an account.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

okbed reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under any circumstances, with or without prior notice.

9.1 Grounds for Suspension

• Any violation of these terms.
• Detection of suspicious activity on the account.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Court order or directive from authorities.
• Failure to verify identity or discrepancy in information.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure
